The SBG organizes a student mentorship program in the Fall of each school year. We partner 2L and 3L mentors with 1L mentees based on career interests, chosen identities, hobbies, and more.

As members of the Student Bar Association, all current Wayne Law students receive a free ABA membership. This membership provides students with discounts on casebooks and bar prep courses, invites to local bar events and nationwide conferences, and other resources aimed at bettering the student experience. SBG maintains a pantry and community closet for Wayne Law students. The pantry is located in the SBG Office and is accessible to all Wayne Law students as long as the building is open.

The pantry and closet houses food, clothing (including professional attire), and hygiene products. If you're a student and you need something the pantry is missing, please reach out to any SBG member or wayne.law.sbg@wayne.edu for assistance. Alternatively, reach out to the Student Affairs Office for confidential assistance.
